Salut everyone, and thank you for joining me! I am excited to be here with you!
Who am I? My name is Dianne Brisingamen. I am 30 years old. I’m a wife and a mother. I’m a vegetarian. I am frugal and environmentally conscious. I enjoy time with my pets, hiking, camping, yarn crafts, planning, produce and meal prep, fiscal responsibility, an open bottle of wine, working and above all else, family. Recently I lost half my body weight. Since the last day of my pregnancy to nearly 3 years later, I went from 303 pounds to 151 pounds – losing 152 pounds, becoming Half A Human. I am here to be transparent in my process and inspire you on your health journey.

I hope to be posting near weekly. I will write about a thought or an image, a wonderful meal or a neat place to visit. We can get healthy and stay healthy together!
Plus – I will be posting some tidbits of the book I am writing – Half A Human. Half A Human will be writings of the step by step process I took to lose the weight I did and how I changed my thought process and attitude that I have towards food. Because believe me, this did not all come to me over night. I learned it along the way and am still learning and growing now.
